Forming reliable connections

For wire and cable applications, we offer several products as raw materials. There are generally two types of telecommunications cables—copper wire and fibre optic. For both of these types we supply materials that serve as filling compounds, which space the conductors, and flooding compounds, which flood the armour layers within the cable. remain flexible at low temperatures.

Synthomer hydrophobic hydrocarbon compounds also provide waterproofing for the interior components of the cable, and can be injected hot during cable manufacture. They also ensure the cable remains flexible, even at low temperatures.
