Our regular employee survey, Your Voice, gives us a great indication of what it’s like to work at Synthomer.

In 2021 we achieved a participation rate of 73% (compared to 63% in 2019).

We anonymously survey overall engagement and other specific categories of our culture. The results tell us what we’re doing well, but also where there is room for improvement. This is vital feedback that helps us continuously improve our working culture.

Our overall engagement score increased 8% over the comparable 2019 score and it is promising to see that key pillars of our organisation such as Safety & Health, Ethics & Compliance and Core Values are scoring beyond 80% favourable rates.
