Wood coatings

Hydro Pliolite 330 is a multiphase pure acrylic copolymer dispersion designed for application on wood . Hydro Pliolite 330 provides an excellent adhesion and enhanced film formation in adverse climatic conditions that allows formulation of weather- and surface-tolerant wood coatings. 

Hydro Pliolite 330 is suitable for formulation of wood stains and wood trim paints.

PLEXTOL A 6474 is an aqueous dispersion of an acrylic copolymer with heterogeneous particle morphology.

PLEXTOL A 6474 is a binder for exterior and interior clear or pigmented wood coatings.

PLEXTOL R 5335 is a fine particle size, surfactant stabilised aqueous acrylic copolymer dispersion. PLEXTOL R 5335 offers high gloss, excellent adhesion and high water resistance.

PLEXTOL R 5335 is recommended for high performance trim paints and wood stains.

PLEXTOL R 5441 is a fine particle size, surfactant stabilised aqueous dispersion of a crosslinked methacrylic ester-acrylic ester copolymer. PLEXTOL R 5441 offers high gloss, block resistance, wet ahdesion, alkali and water resitance.

PLEXTOL R 5441 is recommended for low-to-medium build wood stains and semigloss to silky matt wet room coatings.

PLEXTOL R 5530 is a fine particle size, surfactant stabilised aqueous dispersion of a crosslinked methacrylic ester-acrylic ester copolymer. PLEXTOL R 5530 offers good adhesion and salt spray resistance with a very good adhesion to different substrates.

PLEXTOL R 5530 is recommended for anti-corrosion and Direct to Meta applications with excellent salt spray resistance and perfect adhesion to many substrates. Plextol R 5530 is suitable also for multi-substrate primer formulations.

PLEXTOL R 815 is a fine particle size, surfactant stabilised aqueous dispersion of a methacrylic ester-acrylic ester copolymer. PLEXTOL R 815 offers high gloss, block resistance, wet adhesion, alkali and water resistance.

PLEXTOL R 815 is recommended for gloss paints, varnishes and stains.

PLEXTOL R 825 D is a finely dispersed aqueous acrylic copolymer dispersion. The dispersion contains an anionic emulsifier system and is free from APEO, film forming aids, solvents and plasticizers.

PLEXTOL R 825 D is a self-crosslinking multiphase acrylic dispersion. It is highly recommended for gloss and trimpaints. It offers high gloss potential, excellent wet adhesion and good blocking resistance.

Plextol R 825 N is a finely dispersed aqueous acrylic copolymer dispersion. The dispersion contains an anionic emulsifier system and is free from APEO, film forming aids, solvents and plasticizers.

PLEXTOL R 825 N is a self-crosslinking multiphase acrylic dispersion. It is highly recommended for gloss and trimpaints. It offers high gloss potential, excellent wet adhesion and good blocking resistance.

PLEXTOL ULTRAFINE LS 5000 is an ultra fine particle size, surfactant stabilised aqueous dispersion of a methacrylic ester-acrylic ester and vinyl versatate copolymer with translucent appearance. PLEXTOL ULTRAFINE LS 5000 shows excellent penetration and binding properties especially for surfaces which may be subjected to significant dimensional changes.

PLEXTOL ULTRAFINE LS 5000 is recommended for wood stains formulation for interior and exterior application. 

Pliotec CS24 is a water-based modified acrylic and adipic acid dihydrazide-free binder recommended for High gloss wood trim paints.

It provides excellent blocking and cracking resistance with high gloss capability.
