Norbert Effertz is the Global Head of Technical Service for Synthomer’s Foam, Elastomeric & Rubber Additives business and is based in Germany. He holds an engineering degree from RWTH Aachen University, where he also started his professional scientific career working in latex related industry. Norbert joined PolymerLatex in 2003, which was later acquired by Synthomer in 2011, focusing on technical service and product management.
