Application Advice/Typical Applications

Albester SilkyMatt™ 3115 resin is a hydroxyl functional, highly branched resin. It is designed for co-extrusion in one shot with Albester SilkyMatt™ 3225 resin or Albester SilkyMatt™ 3600 resin for low gloss non emissive finishes. These systems are recommended in dye-sublimation applications. When used by itself, Albester SilkyMatt™ 3115 resin requires large amount of polymeric blocked isocyanate curing agent giving a very hard film which exhibits superior solvent, stain resistance and is also suitable for antigraffiti applications.

Shipping and Storage

Albester SilkyMatt™ 3115 resin should be stored in the original, unopened containers in a dry place at temperatures between 5 and 30°C. Exposure to direct sunlight should be avoided. Under these conditions, the shelf life of this product is at least 1 (one) year from the date of delivery.
