LIPATON SB 30Y160 is a non-ionically stabilized, hydrolysis-resistant carboxylated styrenebutadiene copolymer latex. The dispersion contains an antioxidant and an antifoam agent, which is very effective for its use in hydraulic binders. This product is free from APEOs and ammonia.

LIPATON SB 30Y160 is used for modifying hydraulic binders in all common building applications of polymer dispersions. LIPATON SB 30Y160 is most favourably used when a fast development of compressive strength and high flectural strength of mortars are required. The workability of the mortar time is ingeneral not influenced by the addition of LIPATON SB 30Y160. LIPATON SB 30Y160 is well compatible with most of the hydraulic binders. The dispersion is free from plasticizers and other additives with tendency to migration.

Shipping and Storage

LIPATON SB 30y160 must be stored in closed containers between + 5 °C and + 35 °C and protected from frost and direct sunlight. If stored according to these conditions and in the original unopened containers, the dispersion will be stable for 12 months following delivery. However some cream formation cannot be ruled out. It is therefore advisable that the dispersion should be stirred, or mixed before use. Information on environmental and hazard data may be taken from the material safety data sheet.
