REVULTEX UMR

UMR is an ULTRA LOW AMMONIA prevulcanised natural rubber latex having medium modulus. UMR Revultex can be supplied both with and without a health approved antioxidant.

Application Advice/Typical Applications



Used in a wide variety of dipping applications where medium modulus together with high clarity is required. UMR Revultex is particularly suited for all types of gloves and catheter manufacture using the coagulant or straight dipping process. It can also be used for can sealing and toy casting. UMR Revultex provides excellent casting characteristics for textiles, metal and other surfaces and has been successfully used as a binder for rubber crumb in sport tracks and play ground preparations.

Shipping and Storage

Store the product under shelter at temperature between 10°C and 33°C. Creaming of latex may occur during storage. It is therefore necessary to mix well the latex before use. As the product is based on natural rubber latex, changes in colloidal properties may occur on storage. Available in both drum and bulk.
